Yoga for Vibrant Aging

A supportive yoga program designed o help you build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence as you age
Designed for people 50+

Hear from a student actively aging with Yoga

I took one on one yoga classes with Suma. As a newbie to yoga, she was able to tailor the program to my abilities and base it on what I wanted to achieve. Within a few weeks of taking the classes I started to see a difference in my energy and flexibility. I highly recommend Suma - she is very knowledgeable and patient.

Namaste.  I am Suma Mudan, here to help you tap into your potential for aging painlessly

I work with adults 50+ who want to age with strength, confidence, and independence.

My approach to yoga for vibrant aging is shaped by both personal experience and classical, therapeutic training. My 95 year old mother was my first student and she continues to be my role model.

I’ve seen how thoughtful, well-supported practice helps people feel steadier, more capable, and more at ease in their bodies over time.

This program isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving wisely and safely — so your later years can remain active, grounded, and fulfilling.

So how do we handle this aging process?
Aging is inevitable. How we age - physically, mentally, and emotionially - is something we can influence

Benefits of this course - daily life improvements
(Research articles are linked below)

This program is informed by both classical yoga principles and modern medical research on aging, mental and physical health

I was fortunate to have several medical doctors in my classes - here's what they experienced

How did yoga help Dr. Vemuri to handle the stress of her medical practice during covid?
Dr. Dasoju feels yoga helps not only the body but also the mind
