Hear from a student actively aging with Yoga
I took one on one yoga classes with Suma. As a newbie to yoga, she was able to tailor the program to my abilities and base it on what I wanted to achieve. Within a few weeks of taking the classes I started to see a difference in my energy and flexibility. I highly recommend Suma - she is very knowledgeable and patient.

This program isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about moving wisely and safely — so your later years can remain active, grounded, and fulfilling.
